The Support Engineer role is dynamic and fast paced. An ideal candidate will be quick thinking, creative, and willing to learn. Team members work primarily on the support of our enterprise class software product and participate in all aspects of support, from training and upgrade project management through responding to issues and QA.
Team members often work concurrently on several projects of varying sizes. This work is done either independently or in teams, thus effective time management, teamwork, and communication skills are essential. With all the knowledge you will accumulate as an Application Support Engineer, there will be many opportunities to contribute to other organizational teams as well, including our database, software implementation, technical consulting and engineering teams. The position offers a great deal of varied and challenging work, and no two days are the same!
